About Me
"AlternaTash". That's a nickname one of my closest friends gave me once and it's a good insight into me. I've always been someone that sees things differently, who sees what the "alternatives" are (that's the "alterna" part of the nickname!) and who is comfortable exploring them. And it's an approach I bring to how I work, encouraging individuals and teams to think differently and move away from what they think they "must" do and lean into what might feel uncomfortable, yet ultimately be the right approach.
How I work
My style is to listen and understand, rather than just tell. I bring a collaborative, coaching, strategic, fun, intentional and holistic approach to how I work, taking time to understand the need first - this means you will benefit from a personalized service tailored to you. I'm always focused on the desired goal, whilst never forgetting at the heart of everything is a person or a team, not a topic or an issue – and I always start with that.
My experience
I’ve worked at some of the largest companies in the world, such as EY and Deloitte in a range of roles including account
co-ordination, strategic proposal and pitch consulting and coaching, as well as performance and career coaching. This means I bring a diverse range of skills, insight and knowledge in what I offer. I’ve helped change mindsets and approach to winning work and gaining new clients and my goal is to make this easier, especially for solo or small businesses, who know they need to do something different to standout to grow their business.
My most recent experience is as a business development consultant, specializing in competitive pitches, proposal, pursuits and bids. I've helped secure multiple million-dollar global deals and contracts, by advising and coaching individuals and teams to stand out from the crowd by developing their strategy, value proposition and selling messages, making it easier for them to get selected.
Finally, I'm a natural learner - as a result, I hold numerous coaching qualifications that help individuals evolve, transform and move towards their goals and plans - these include ICF coaching accreditation, Eight Tensions® Coach and NeuroMindfulness® Practitioner to name a few. I've used these skills and knowledge to help individuals in both corporate environments and private 1-to-1 coaching.
